Our equipments

For Dr. Michel Podtetenev, the medical director at Invisia Clinic, providing clients with cutting-edge technology equipment is essential. No matter your vision problem, at Invisia you will find solutions that allow for optimal and safe correction.

At Invisia, we use the high-end instruments from Zeiss, a global leader in the optical industry. Originally from Germany, Zeiss has been contributing to technological progress for over 170 years. The company is renowned for its expertise in biomedical research and medical technology, especially in ophthalmic diagnostic instruments and lasers.

Our equipments

Lasers :

VisuMax 800

Laser VisuMax 800

The femtosecond laser we use is the VisuMax 800.

Main Features of the VisuMax 800 Laser :

  • Comfortable and fast.
  • Reduced risk of dry eyes.
  • The treatment is gentle and without loss of vision (unique in its category).
  • Allows for the operation on very thin corneas that would be deemed inoperable elsewhere.

This state-of-the-art laser allows :

  • for minimally invasive vision correction without a corneal flap using the revolutionary Smile Pro technology (exclusive technology!).

Extremely fast and precise, it only takes 10 seconds, regardless of the myopic correction, to create a corrective lenticule.

  • The creation of a bladeless corneal flap with VisuMax 800.

Precise: the VisuMax laser can create a corneal flap (flap) of 100 microns, plus or minus 5 microns.

Fast: it only takes 6 seconds to create a flap.

Safe: it creates a reverse cut for increased stability of the corneal flap, which is impossible to achieve with a bladed microkeratome.

Mel 90

Laser Mel 90

The laser we use to ensure personalized vision correction is the MEL 90. This high-end laser is the fastest on the market and offers maximum comfort.

Main Features of the MEL 90 Laser :

  • Allows for custom wavefront-guided treatment to correct all optical imperfections, when possible.
  • Aspheric treatment that ensures a significant reduction in night vision problems compared to standard treatment. The majority of our patients experience no halos or glare after one month.
  • Correction that removes less tissue than most lasers on the market, allowing for the treatment of very thin corneas that would be considered inoperable at other clinics.
  • Equipped with iris registration technology and active eye tracking :

Iris registration recognizes eye rotation and compensates for it in the treatment, ensuring that the correct axis of astigmatism is treated.

Active eye tracking ensures that the treatment remains centered and optimal, despite any involuntary eye movements.

Security :

Operating room with HEPA filters

Operating room with HEPA filters

Although laser vision surgery only requires a clean room, at INVISIA, we provide you with a true operating room.

Equipped with HEPA filters that purify the air to 99.99%, positive pressure to prevent any contaminated air from returning, and a sterile anteroom, our operating room minimizes the risks of infection.

Independent instrument trays

Independent instrument trays

The majority of our instruments are single-use. The remainder is sterilized according to the strictest standards.

In the case of bilateral surgeries, we use two sets of instruments: one for the right eye and one for the left eye. This allows us to perform both operations independently, minimizing any risk of cross-contamination.

We take pride in being one of the few clinics to offer you two independent sets of instruments to maximize your safety.

Diagnostic devices :

Atlas Topographer

Atlas Topographer

This instrument allows for ultra-precise analysis of the corneal surface to detect any aberrations that could contraindicate laser surgery. It is one of the few topographers that can be combined with the MEL 90 laser for the treatment of corneal pathologies.

Atlas 500 Topographer

Atlas 500 Topographer

This machine analyzes the surface of your cornea with great precision and analyze the ocular dryness.

Galilei G4 Topographer

Galilei G4 Topographer

This instrument is equipped with two Scheimpflug cameras and a motion sensor. It allows for precise and rapid measurement of the thickness, anterior, and posterior surface of the cornea.

Wasca Aberrometer

Wasca Aberrometer

This device analyzes optical defects of the eye. It records the image of the iris for perfectly centered treatment.

Anterion Optical Tomographer

Anterion Optical Tomographer

This instrument analyzes the cornea extremely precisely using optical coherence. It allows you to measure and analyze all layers of the cornea.

OptoMap

OptoMap

This instrument takes photos of the retina with an ultra-wide field imaging.

IPL and Radiofrequency :

IPL and Darwin Radiofrequency

IPL and Darwin Radiofrequency

This device allows dry eyes to be treated using intense pulsed light (IPL) or radiofrequency.
